Refund Eligibility

To request support, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos if applicable

Refunds Without Return

In many cases, we do not require products to be returned before issuing a refund.

We may request additional information or photo evidence to review the request.

Food Products

Due to the nature of food products, opened or unsealed items are generally not eligible for return.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
